Because remodeling older homes often involves common hazards like lead or asbestos, we are experienced at identifying and safely working with these hazards to avoid exposure to our clients or employees. 

Greenforest Builders is certified by the EPA for lead-safe work, and we have employed these practices since we began our business, six years before the EPA required all remodeling or painting contractors to become licensed in lead-safe work.
